But remember, you can save most of the "convenience charge" by going to the Crystal Ballroom box office where the service fee is only a buck. Crystal Ballroom box office hours are Monday to Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The box office is open later on nights when there is a performance. The box office accepts cash and the usual major credit cards.
